Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Finance & Fundraising Team Co-Lead to join our team. You will work alongside another co-lead to oversee Volt Kosova's financial strategy, manage resources, and develop fundraising campaigns to support our initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of Volt Kosova and to contribute meaningfully to a cause you're passionate about.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Strategy: Co-develop and manage Volt Kosova's financial strategy to ensure sustainability and growth.

  • Fundraising: Lead and implement fundraising initiatives, from grassroots crowdfunding to seeking larger-scale donations and sponsorships.

  • Budgeting: Monitor, plan, and report on budgets for various projects and campaigns, ensuring funds are used effectively.

  • Grant Applications: Identify and apply for relevant grants, both within Kosova and at a European level.

  • Donor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with donors and sponsors, ensuring regular communication and updates.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and transparency requirements for political organizations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in finance, fundraising, or similar roles is essential. Experience in non-profits or political organizations is a plus.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in Albanian and English (knowledge of additional European languages is a bonus).

  • Fundraising: Proven track record in fundraising or resource mobilization, especially in the non-profit or political sectors.

  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Passion: A strong commitment to Volt's values and mission, with an interest in Kosova’s political and social landscape.
