Policy Co-Lead for Volt Kosova

Volt Kosova is looking for a Policy Co-Lead who will directly coordinate with Volt’s Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) and other Volt chapters across Europe, to help secure the international recognition and integration that Kosovo deserves.

Why is this role so important?
As Policy Co-Lead for Volt Kosova, you will have a crucial responsibility to:
Coordinate directly with Volt’s Members of the European Parliament, maintaining ongoing dialogue on key issues affecting Kosovo and its European integration process.
Collaborate with Volt chapters across Europe, building joint policies and ensuring international support for Kosovo’s cause.
Your impact will be direct, as you will be involved in shaping policies aimed at increasing Kosovo’s international recognition and advancing its path toward European integration.
Gain valuable professional experience, participating in high-level political discussions with European representatives and leaders of the Volt movement.

A passion for European politics and international integration issues.
Strong skills in policy research, analysis, and international communication.
Experience or interest in advocating for international recognition and integration, with a particular focus on Kosovo.
Organizational and leadership abilities to coordinate teams and projects at a European level.
